Talent Advisors provides independent advisory services to organizations worldwide. Our network of subject matter experts are exclusively focused on human capital and talent management services across multiple domains and industries. Our offerings are unique in the advisory services arena and are completely focused on growing our client's people capability and capacity.
Talent Advisors maintains the largest network of independent human capital subject matter experts who adhere to the highest ethical standards, including country and territory laws, and who must comply with our Code of Business Ethics. As independent advisors, we avoid conflicts of interest by ensuring no real or perceived conflict between advisor and client before advisory engagement begins. Our subject matter experts are selected for our clients based upon domain expertise, industry experience, and availability.
Talent Advisors services are typically short in duration (10 to 40 hours/month) and are designed to provide exactly the type of expert advice and support our clients require. Client interaction between our subject matter expert(s) occur via teleconference and/or video conference. 100% virtual.
Talent Advisors subject matter experts do not up-sell or promote add-on services. Our purpose is to provide clients with advice and strategy that can be used immediately, not to provide long-term and prolonged consulting engagements. When advisory services begin, our subject matter expert(s) work directly with clients at mutually agreed to time frames until successful completion of the engagement.
Contracting with Talent Advisors
Talent Advisors works with clients through multiple contract vehicles, including: Time and Materials (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Corp-Corp, federal/state/local contracting/sub contracting and via retained services.
Prior to client engagement we provide a Statement of Work; identifying the advisory service(s) being performed, duration, cost, and desired outcomes. We do not begin advisory services until all parties have mutually agreed to terms and conditions.
Our fee structures are based on the level of subject matter expertise required, duration of engagement, and other client requirements. Typical cost per hour range from $200/hr.-$600/hr.
