Our subject matter experts provide high value advice, strategy, and coaching to a wide range of public, commercial, and private sector clients.  

Talent Advisors works exclusively in targeted and limited engagements, providing only relative and immediate subject matter expertise in an agile and 'just in time' manner. We are not a consulting firm, although many of our experts have significant consulting experience. 

Talent Advisors is led by our Managing Partner, Dave Potts.  Mr. Potts has successfully led hundreds of human capital and talent management programs for some of the largest and most successful organizations in the world. He is a noted expert, speaker, and futurist on talent and workforce transformation, specifically within hi-tech and cutting-edge industries.
